My Role in the Project

I was responsible for designing the main concept, structure, and strategy of the company: formulating hypotheses, analyzing layouts and test builds, creating technical specifications for developers, 3D artists, editors, and brand designers, and designing the user interface.

Task Formulation

The reason we began developing the ticketing system was the need to handle user requests. These requests were related to the company’s services, each of which required the involvement of 1 to 10 people. Our system was meant to help multiple employees working on a single project track its status and the tasks that needed to be completed.

We could have used ready-made solutions like Bitrix24, but the company wanted to have its own internal system.

Problem

The deadlines were tight, and the resources available for implementation were half of what was needed for such a system. The team consisted of two developers and one designer.

Given the tight deadlines and limited resources, only the essential functionality was included in the design. Anything that could be considered unnecessary or lower priority was cut.
